Subject:- Writing of Annual Confidential Reports of Joint Secretaries Directors/Deputy Secretaries in charge of the PSUs facing disinvestments in the administrative Ministryies/Departments.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s Office Memo. of even number, dated 06.12.2000, laying down the procedure for writing of ACRs of Joint Secretaries / Directors / Deputy Secretaries handling the matters of PSUs. In the Administrative Ministry under the control of which the PSUs. fall.

2. It has been decided that the present arrangement/procedure of writing of ACRs of Joint Secretaries/Directors/Dy. Secretaries in charge of PSUs facing disinvestments as laid down in this Department’s O.M of even number, dated 6^th December, 2000, would continue in the current financial year.

3. This issues with approval of Joint Secretary (Estt.).
